About this piece

Product details: A deep oval bowl with a wide rim, a rounded base, and one side sitting higher than the other. This ceramic serving plate suits a moody table where the shape and surface stay in focus. For a closer view, see the detail images on this page.

Inspiration: This piece belongs to the Obsidian Collection. It draws from volcanic stone, dark mineral surfaces, and the stillness of the night sky. Use it to bring a darker, mineral-led mood to the table for an intimate evening meal.

Size: The bowl measures 21 cm long, 18 cm wide, and 7 cm high, with a 550 ml capacity. For full measurements, see the size chart.

Styling ideas: Use a black runner, simple glassware, and warm timber for a table with stronger contrast. Bring it to shared meals with seafood, grilled vegetables, or a shared starter.

Please note: Due to the kiln-reactive glazing process, each piece is one of a kind. Subtle variations in colour, glaze pattern, and finish may occur, and the piece you receive may differ slightly from the product photos shown.
