Mystery Box Rules

1. USD $12.99 Fully Random
Your item will be selected at random from any product currently available for purchase in the Ertha Home store.

2. USD $16.99 Choose a Collection
Choose your preferred Ertha Home collection, and we will select one item from that collection. You may choose the collection, but the exact product will remain a surprise.

3. Purchase requirements
There is a limit of one Mystery Box per order. A Mystery Box cannot be purchased on its own and must be ordered with at least one non-Mystery Box item.

4. Reactive glaze variations
Your Mystery Box may contain a kiln-reactive glazed piece. Natural variations in colour, glaze pattern and finish may occur during firing. These differences are part of the character of reactive glaze and are not defects. We carefully inspect every piece and promise that we will never intentionally send a defective item. 5. Returns and support
Mystery Box purchases follow the same Return Policy as other Ertha Home products. If there is any problem with your order, please contact our customer service team.
